What data do we store?

We store all of the data that we need in order to maintain our relationships with clients. Depending on what you are requesting from us, we will ask you to provide information shall as your full name, telephone number, email, address, details of dependents if applicable, and health and wellbeing status.

Why do we store your data?

We store your data in order to provide the services that we offer for free and to fulfil our contractual undertakings with our clients. Personal data is stored to be able to send you information, and to register you for sessions, talks and workshops. Video and audio recordings are stored and distributed accordingly. Session recordings are strictly private and only shared with the client. Talk and workshop recordings may be turned into products that are sold in the shop.

Who has access to your data?

We and our team have access to your data to be able to fulfil our contractual agreements with our clients. Our team includes our communications and marketing team, our event hosts and promoters, and our administrative staff. In addition, outsourcing work on specialist tasks within IT and accounting, for example, sometimes requires us to grant consultants access to your data whenever and wherever this is required to fulfil our legal obligations towards official authorities or to develop and improve our services.

Are customers obliged to provide their data?

You always have choice. As the client, we require you to provide the data we need to be able to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations within the various services we offer.

Cookies, profiling and automation

We use cookies to enhance your user experience. A cookie pop up will appear the first time you visit our site, by continuing, you agree to us placing cookies on your computer. In the process, a cookie will be placed on your computer so that you will not see the pop-up every time you visit the website. We do not perform any form of automated profiling. We do not share your data or sell it to any external agencies.

Where do we store your data?

We use multiple systems for storing your data to fulfil us contractual agreements with customers and clients. In general, information is stored in cloud services and on computers in the countries of our residence, and within the European Union.

How do I protect your data?

Contractors and the external agencies with whom we work have all signed Non-Disclosure Agreements. The stored data can only be accessed through security-protected entry points by trained users with permission to access the information.
